Gabriel R. Morales is a licensed real estate salesperson in California (CalRE# 02204098) and Arizona. Information on this website is general in nature and is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Property information is believed reliable but is not guaranteed and is subject to change, prior sale or withdrawal. Nothing on this website creates an agency relationship. A written agreement is required before we represent you in a transaction.

Program description
When you opt in, you may receive text messages about your inquiry, appointment and showing scheduling and confirmations, document and transaction updates and, only if you separately consent, marketing messages such as new listings, open houses, market updates and offers.
How to opt in
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox or boxes on our website forms and submitting the form, or by texting us directly. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and where you are in a transaction.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again the same way you originally opted in.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
